What We Do

We’ll handle those time consuming projects that seem to be piling up on your To-Do list. We’ll plan ahead for those vital seasonal projects. We’ll keep those high traffic areas looking their best for longer. And, we’ll take care of that minor repair before it turns into an unexpected, expensive emergency.

Note: Plans do not include electrical or plumbing services.

How It Works

First, you choose the category that makes the most sense for your property.​

Second, you decide which schedule works best for your property needs and your budget. Each category has a set price per site visit - whether we visit your property once a week, once a month, or once a quarter. ​​

Third, we’ll schedule a site visit so we can discuss your goals, prioritize any specific projects, schedule your recurring maintenance visits, and finalize the details.

Finally, you get to relax, knowing your property will last longer, be safer, and cost less in the long run - all without you lifting a finger!

Basic
Plan

$350

1 team member, up to 5 hrs
Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly

For home owners and investors who want to catch up on overdue projects or be pro-active so you avoid those expensive “surprise” repairs down the road.

Multi
Plan

$1,250

1-2 team members, up to 8 hrs
Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly

For clients who have more than one property - whether an Air BnB rental, a weekend beach house, or long-term rental properties.  

Communal Plan

$3,400

2 team members, up to 30 hrs
Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly

DISCOUNTED $800!

For larger & shared spaces that have a lot of up-keep - such as small businesses, schools, apartments, or multi-building sites.

Can these plans be adjusted?

Each of our Property Maintenance Plans can be adjusted to best meet your needs and budget. For example, we can schedule two half-day's a month rather than one full day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We require a 1-year commitment.

  • Payment schedules and methods will be determined based on your frequency at the  site visit. 

​

  • If a necessary maintenance or repair project requires more time or team members than allowed in your plan, we will not be able to complete that work as a part of your Maintenance Plan agreement, but we are happy to provide a separate estimate. 

​

  • The cost of materials and supplies is not included in the price of the Maintenance Plan. Clients are responsible for purchasing necessary materials and supplies, though we are happy to share our Contractor Discount with you.

​

  • All materials needed for your  visit can be arranged for pick up through Home Depot Phone Sale Option.
